Welcome back, once again, to the Strawberry Skies summer playlist series! It's been an amazing summer for me so far, and I hope you all feel the same way about your own summers. I'm here to give a bit of an update on what Strawberry Skies and I (Jen) have been up to all summer, and to deliver yet another sweet playlist of new releases from the past month or so!
I've been working with New York City music venue Le Poisson Rouge (LPR) as a live music marketing intern for the past few months which has been a ton of fun. Be sure to check out their upcoming shows and definitely come out to one before the summer is over if you're in the area!
I also have recently started working with the Bad Idea Collective, which boasts a roster of amazing up-and-coming hardcore bands from Long Island and the surrounding areas. You can find Bad Idea on Instagram, where all upcoming shows and releases will be posted.
Finally, I recently became a virtual street team member for Fan To Band! Their sense of community is incredible and I've already learned so much from their super informative events.
In terms of Strawberry Skies, our biggest news for the summer so far is that we now have more merchandise available for purchase! If you're looking to support me and/or the blog, the best way to do that is by picking up a Strawberry Skies shirt. We also still have Strawberry Skies stickers available through our graphic designer Erika Nissen on RedBubble as well!
